Job Description
Notion is seeking a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, retention, and expansion for its product. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor and product expert, helping to build the foundations of Customer Success at Notion, and shaping the future product based on customer insights. The ideal candidate will proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with Notion and create action plans to help them achieve success. They will also collaborate with the Account Management team to expand use cases and create stickier customers. This role requires in-person presence for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and a majority of the week in the office.
  • Drive onboarding, adoption, utilization, and growth in Notion’s existing customer base
  • Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximizing their opportunity with our product/service
  • Partner with the Account Management team on marquee Mid-Market accounts
  • Learn our product inside and out and help your customers drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to realize successful renewals and expansions
  • Innovate and iterate on Customer Success programs to retain and grow customers
  • Surface opportunities to expand existing accounts when it’s right for the customer
  • Document and share key findings/learnings with broader Notion organization
  • 5+ years of success in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Ability to build Customer Success playbooks and new processes
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to solve customer problems creatively
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
