Job Description
Fetch Rewards is seeking a VP, Industry Lead, Beverage/Alcohol to manage individual contributors and achieve quota by nurturing existing and initiating new partner relationships. This role reports to the General Manager and involves managing a team of new business sales professionals and account managers. The position can be held remotely within the United States or from one of Fetch's US offices.

Role Involves:
  • Managing key account/business relationships.
  • Overseeing industry sales revenue and progress to quota.
  • Guiding teams and holding them accountable for sales progress.
  • Making personnel decisions, including hiring and terminations.
  • Providing coaching and feedback to sales and account management professionals.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including legal, finance, and marketing.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years of direct people management and digital media sales experience.
  • Relevant experience within the beverage/alcohol industry.
  • Experience selling to brands on the vendor side.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel.
