Smartly is seeking a Director of Account Based Marketing (ABM) to lead ABM efforts and identify market growth opportunities. This role involves high visibility across corporate leadership and offers the chance to run a world-class program covering North America and Europe. The Director will collaborate with Sales, Event Marketing, Paid Media, and SDRs to build scalable programs and set best practices for account-based approaches.
Responsibilities:
Design scalable ABM programs in partnership with Sales leadership and the VP of Growth Marketing.
Build programs around ABM 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many.
Develop and execute targeted, region-specific, integrated campaigns for key accounts.
Own and optimize 6Sense for wide-scale adoption across Sales and Marketing.
Partner with SDRs to translate growth marketing campaigns into finding appropriate accounts.
Leverage AI to enhance programs, including content creation and website optimization.
Work with content marketing to inform content strategy and develop campaign-specific messaging.
Oversee the development of supporting materials, from landing pages to direct mailers.
Deliver world-class reporting and analytics to demonstrate the impact of ABM programs on revenue.
Manage budgets, identify new tools, and build a best-in-class ABM practice.
Requirements:
10+ years of B2B marketing experience in tech companies (preferably SaaS products).
At least 3 years of proven experience running ABM campaigns.
Demonstrated experience with 6Sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
An understanding of multiple buyer personas and developing tailored messaging.
Strong analytical skills to gather key business/user insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience planning and implementing multi-touch campaigns.
