SmartBear is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Manager to lead onboarding for Go-To-Market (GTM) teams. This role involves crafting an engaging onboarding experience for new hires, helping them ramp faster and setting them up for long-term success. The Program Manager will own the onboarding strategy end-to-end, designing and delivering effective programs in collaboration with sales leadership, enablement, and cross-functional teams.SmartBear is looking for someone passionate about impactful learning, collaboration, and shaping the new hire experience.Role involves:
  • Designing, building, and iterating a scalable onboarding curriculum for GTM hires.
  • Facilitating engaging onboarding sessions.
  • Creating modern, dynamic learning content.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership.
  • Developing and executing a reporting and insights strategy.
  • Aligning onboarding KPIs with role-specific performance metrics.
  • Building targeted learning journeys for key GTM roles.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with HR, Business Operations, Sales Operations, IT, Talent, and Product Marketing.
  • Owning the enablement tech stack strategy.
  • Consulting with the business on tech stack success.
  • Fostering a feedback-driven culture.
Requirements:
  • 2 years in a quota carrying role (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in enablement, L&D, onboarding, or GTM program design.
  • A passion for creating exceptional learner experiences.
  • Strong facilitation skills.
  • An eye for instructional design.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and LMS platforms.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • A go-getter attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and autonomously.
  • Creative, collaborative, and energized by building something meaningful for others.
