Medeor, a subsidiary of Medtech Global Pty Ltd and wholly-owned by Banyan Software, is seeking a Payments Analyst to join their team. This role is based in Auckland, New Zealand, and involves managing the onboarding of new merchants, orchestrating the implementation of Medeor services, and monitoring payment transaction processing.

The Payments Analyst will play a crucial role in maintaining the merchant management process, liaising with customer care teams, and ensuring robust payment operations. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with strong organizational skills and a process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the onboarding of new Merchants
  • Orchestrating the implementation of Medeor services
  • Monitoring payment transaction processing
  • Maintaining the Merchant Management process and database
  • Liasing with L1 Customer Care teams in partner software companies
  • Managing robust payment operations
  • Facilitate resolution of problems with payments partners
  • Overseeing the production and delivery of Customer Reports and Extracts
  • Participating in Internal and External audits
