Job Description
Snyk is seeking a Sales Enablement Lead to maximize sales performance and support company growth. The Sales Enablement Lead will drive the success of sales teams by overseeing and implementing strategic global enablement programs and supporting Named Sales teams. This role involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute field enablement and global programs, owning the delivery and execution of enablement around Snyk's sales methodology and process.Responsibilities:
  • Leading onboarding and enablement programs.
  • Building scalable enablement content and programs.
  • Gathering feedback from the sales team.
  • Delivering programs related to Snyk’s methodology.
  • Creating live, written, and course content.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience.
  • Experience in a sales role is preferred.
  • Experience delivering training to a GTM audience.
  • Deep understanding of sales best practices and Enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience with sales methodologies (Force Management and MEDICC/MEDDPICC preferred).
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Experience in content management & learning management platforms.
  • Skilled in multitasking and project management.
  • Ability to analyze and implement solutions.
  • Ability to summarize and communicate complex information.
  • Willingness to collaborate and seek feedback.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and perform physical tasks for event execution.
