Job Description
Disguise is seeking a highly organized and proactive Resource Manager to join their expanding team in Atlanta. This role is critical for overseeing the allocation of service, solutions, training, support, and project management resources to optimize utilization across projects and organizational initiatives for a global team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a strategic mindset, and excellent communication abilities.
The role involves:
- Analyzing project demands and assigning resources.
- Collaborating with project managers, people team, sales managers, and stakeholders.
- Conducting forecast analysis to predict organizational demands.
- Developing and implementing resource planning strategies.
- Optimizing resource utilization and resolving conflicts.
- Maintaining the contractor database and internal resource management tool.
- Monitoring resource utilization trends and preparing reports.
- Assisting with administrative project tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce, Atlassian tools, and resource management software.
- Experience working with remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- 3+ years of experience in resource management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of resource planning, allocation, and optimization principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A detail-oriented mindset.
