Job Description
CookUnity is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to manage the maintenance operations of their food manufacturing facility. The Senior Facilities Manager will ensure the facility's safety, cleanliness, and functionality, supporting high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CMMS, parts inventory management, and preventative and reactive maintenance strategies. This role requires collaboration with all departments, project management skills, and a focus on continuous improvement.
Role Involves:
- Overseeing maintenance and repair of facility systems.
- Utilizing CMMS to manage work orders.
- Managing a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Managing parts inventory.
- Managing the facilities budget.
- Managing relationships with vendors and contractors.
- Leading facility renovation projects.
- Collaborating with various departments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management.
- Strong experience with CMMS software.
- Understanding of food safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in manufacturing conditions.
