Job Description
Grafana Labs is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across Canada. This role involves identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers, managing forecasts, and tracking customer data. The ideal candidate will employ a consultative sales approach, focusing on understanding customer needs before presenting product solutions. Grafana Labs helps more than 3,000 companies -- including Bloomberg, JPMorgan Chase, and eBay -- manage their observability strategies with the Grafana LGTM Stack, which can be run fully managed with Grafana Cloud or self-managed with the Grafana Enterprise Stack, both featuring scalable metrics (Grafana Mimir), logs (Grafana Loki), and traces (Grafana Tempo).
Responsibilities include: - Meeting and exceeding individual quarterly and annual sales goals
- Outbound prospecting into net-new customers
- Managing all aspects of the sales process
- Cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Understanding and conveying the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise
- Managing sales pipeline in Salesforce
- Managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
Requirements include: - 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales
- Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, tenacious team player
- Adaptable with experience in high velocity technology companies
- Experience using Salesforce
- Familiarity with open source technology (advantage)
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC (ideal)
