Job Description

Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff Backend Engineer to join the Grafana IRM squad, a business-critical team focused on helping Grafana and organizations globally respond to incidents. This role is remote and open to candidates in the EMEA time zones. The Grafana IRM squad's mission is to streamline incident detection, response, and learning with minimal effort. The team is structured into frontend, backend, and mobile functions, with work often spanning across these areas. The role involves influencing the roadmap, delivering new features, and driving projects from ideation to operation.

Requirements:

• Solid experience with at least one programming language (Go, Python, C++, JVM languages, Rust).
• Experience delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipping.
• Experience developing software that runs in the Cloud or systems engineering.
• Experience writing clean, robust, and performant software.
