Envoy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to join their sales team. This role involves driving the adoption of Envoy’s workplace software across companies with 500–3,000 employees. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a hybrid position based in San Francisco, requiring 4 days a week in the office.Role involves:
- Driving revenue by exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
- Using strong discovery techniques to uncover business pain.
- Identifying and developing champions within client organizations.
- Becoming fluent in Envoy’s solutions to tailor demos.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks.
- Maintaining accurate opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Navigating procurement and commercial terms.
- Mentoring others and contributing to a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled at selling business outcomes to IT, HR, and operations leaders.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Chorus.
- High attention to pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
- Adaptable and coachable.
