Job Description
Envoy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mid Market Account Executive to join their sales team. This role involves driving adoption of Envoy’s workplace software across companies with 500–3,000 employees. The Account Executive will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, while delivering exceptional customer experiences.This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO, requiring 4 days a week in the office.
Responsibilities: - Drive revenue by consistently exceeding quarterly sales quotas.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Use strong discovery techniques and MEDDPPICC methodology.
- Identify and develop champions within client organizations.
- Become fluent in Envoy’s solutions to tailor demos.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove roadblocks.
- Maintain clean opportunity data in Salesforce.
- Navigate procurement and commercial terms confidently.
- Mentor others and contribute to a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements: - 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled at selling business outcomes to IT, HR, and operations leaders.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting.
- Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LI Sales Navigator, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Chorus.
- High attention to pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline.
