The Senior Sales Administrator role at Vestmark is crucial for supporting the company's sales and advisory solutions leadership and operations teams. This role acts as a vital link between the sales team and customers, ensuring smooth communication, efficient processes, and exceptional service. The successful candidate will assist management with daily and long-term strategic initiatives, contributing significantly to their overall performance and effectiveness.Vestmark is looking for someone who can:
  • Assist, participate, and coordinate relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Coordinate internal and external executive-level meetings, including planning, scheduling, and creating materials.
  • Manage calendars for executives, prioritizing and organizing key meetings.
  • Create and coordinate reports and information using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Process travel and expense reports for executives.
  • Provide administrative support to advisory consultants with onboarding clients.
  • Respond promptly to executives' queries and suggest effective solutions.
  • Work on various projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide back-up support for the Assistant to the CEO as needed.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 5+ years of administrative assistance experience.
  • Associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred.
  • Ability to identify challenges and propose solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
  • Expert-level experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive and analytical mindset.
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
