Job Description
Flight Club is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to oversee store performance in Los Angeles. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for sales, operations, and team management, driving customer experiences and achieving business objectives.
In this role, the Retail Sales Manager will:
- Direct and monitor sales activities to meet objectives.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and company policies.
- Develop associates through feedback and recognition.
- Foster exceptional client service and presentation standards.
- Assist in meeting payroll goals and scheduling staff.
- Communicate feedback and share trends with leadership.
- Analyze financial data and identify opportunities for improvement.
The ideal candidate should have:
- 5+ years of sales and/or retail management experience.
- Passion and knowledge of sneakers and fashion.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Team building and management proficiency.
- An analytical mindset and computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours.
