Job Description

DEPT®/AI is seeking a Mid-Level AI Engineer to join their Global Data & AI practice. In this role, the AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for clients across various industries. The candidate will collaborate with a team of experts to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies.

The AI Engineer's responsibilities include:

  • Designing and architecting solutions using state-of-the-art frameworks and cloud technologies.
  • Building machine learning models for marketing attribution, predicting customer propensity, segmenting customer groups, and recommending products/content.
  • Fine-tuning Large Language Models to business-specific use cases.
  • Deploying MLOps pipelines.
  • Collaborating with data engineers, data scientists/AI engineers, and consultants.
  • Communicating complex solutions to clients and delivering progress reports.

DEPT®/AI is looking for someone who has:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI development.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and other AI techniques.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant AI libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with data processing and analysis tools (e.g., Pandas, SQL).
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Ability to work with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Direct availability to start working in the Netherlands.
