Jobber is seeking a Senior Customer Analytics Manager to join their Analytics team. This role is within the Strategy & Analytics department, Jobber's internal consulting team. The Senior Customer Analytics Manager will lead analytical initiatives that support Jobber’s strategic priorities, collaborating across departments to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will bring business acumen and analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making.Role involves:
  • Providing strategic insights to optimize customer outcomes.
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conducting pricing and monetization analyses.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives.
  • Supporting experimentation initiatives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their objectives.
  • Developing and presenting insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentoring junior analysts.
Requirements:
  • Expert-level SQL skills.
  • Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Expertise in foundational and advanced analytics techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive mindset and the ability to contribute thought leadership.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and associated metrics and KPIs.
