Jobber is seeking a Senior Customer Analytics Manager to join their Analytics team. This role is within the Strategy & Analytics department, Jobber's internal consulting team. The Senior Customer Analytics Manager will lead analytical initiatives that support Jobber’s strategic priorities, collaborating across departments to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate will bring business acumen and analytical expertise to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making.Role involves:
- Providing strategic insights to optimize customer outcomes.
- Conducting deep-dive analyses to identify areas for improvement.
- Conducting pricing and monetization analyses.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of key strategies and initiatives.
- Supporting experimentation initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their objectives.
- Developing and presenting insights and strategic recommendations.
- Mentoring junior analysts.
Requirements:
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Proficiency with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
- Expertise in foundational and advanced analytics techniques.
- Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to contribute thought leadership.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and associated metrics and KPIs.
