Manager, Influencer

Job Description

Brainlabs, a high-performance media agency, is seeking a Manager, Influencer to deliver best-in-class work for clients in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Manager will apply their influencer knowledge and experience to positively impact client deliverables and the wider team. They will help define campaign delivery plans, objectives, and optimization strategies, as well as generate innovative concepts and share successes across the practice.Brainlabs is a culture-first company that values continuous development and creating a company where Brainlabbers can do great work, make great friends, and win together.In this role, the Influencer Manager will:

• Be responsible for delivering highly successful campaigns that outperform KPIs, to budget and on-time.
• Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.
• Effectively track and optimize campaigns.
• Be a point of contact for clients on day-to-day tasks and deliverables.
• Develop and implement guidelines and processes, contributing to ideas around automation or process improvement.
• Actively contribute to developing a best-practice roadmap for the Influencer offering.
• Mentor others across the practice, helping to grow capability and knowledge.

Brainlabs is looking for someone who:

• Has a strong Influencer delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.
• Is passionate about their craft.
• Has demonstrable success in optimizing Influencer campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.
• Has a good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
• Is a confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning.
• Has excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Has a strong attention to detail, is methodical, and process-oriented.
