Notion is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager, DACH, to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. Notion's mission is to make software toolmaking ubiquitous, enabling every person, team, and company to tailor their software to solve any problem.
The Scaled Customer Success Manager will manage a large portfolio of customers in EMEA, focusing on onboarding and expanding the customer base through tailored consultations, training, and assistant programs. This role involves designing and running outreach campaigns, working cross-functionally with sales partners, and serving as a product ambassador to help customers maximize their return on investment from Notion.
Notion is an in person company, and currently requires its employees to come to the office for two Anchor Days (Mondays & Thursdays) and requests that employees spend the majority of their week in the office (including a third day).
