Notion is seeking a Scaled Customer Success Manager, DACH to join their team in Dublin, Ireland. Notion is a company focused on making software more accessible and customizable for everyone. The Scaled Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of customers in EMEA, focusing on onboarding, expansion, and adoption of Notion.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers in EMEA.
  • Onboard and expand customer base through consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to assist with Notion adoption.
  • Work cross functionally with sales partners.
  • Serve as in-house product ambassador.
  • Identify and target strategic customers.
  • Proactively identify customers who aren’t maximising their opportunity with Notion.
  • Inform and influence overall growth strategy.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience at a fast growing software company.
  • Track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Strong intrinsic motivation.
  • Growth mindset.
  • Adaptability.
  • Passion for helping others succeed.
