Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support strategic sales planning.
Support the implementation and documentation of sales processes.
Maintain and update sales reports and dashboards.
Assist with collecting and validating sales pipeline data.
Collaborate with peers in Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success.
Actively participate in team meetings, share knowledge, and seek opportunities to learn and grow.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in Sales Operations, preferably in the technology or data storage industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), BI tools, and data analysis.
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
