Memac Ogilvy is seeking a People Manager to support their People Team. The People Manager will report to the MENA Chief People Officer and support the MENA leadership team. The ideal candidate will have business acumen, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational skills. Previous agency experience is a plus.
The role involves:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies.
- Managing the HRIS system.
- Overseeing the employee induction and exit process.
- Managing a performance appraisal system.
- Maintaining pay plan and benefits program.
- Ensuring legal compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
