Job Description
Veeam, a market leader in data resilience, is seeking a Channel Development Representative. This role focuses on enabling and supporting non-managed partners by providing reactive assistance and managing pipeline flow. The Channel Development Representative will work closely with other team members to manage partner inquiries and drive adoption of Veeam's ProPartner Portal and Partner University.
Responsibilities:
- Providing support for partners (licensing, product questions).
- Managing pipeline flow by registering Deals within SLA.
- Enrolling and activating new partners.
- Aligning with team members to manage partner inquiries.
- Driving adoption of ProPartner Portal and Partner University.
- Leveraging long-term partnership through ad-hoc activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fluent Italian & English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent correspondence skills.
- A passion for and willingness to learn about products and services.
