Job Description

Ketryx is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager to lead and expand a high-performing team. This team will focus on converting targeted outbound outreach and inbound interest into qualified pipeline for the sales force. The BDR Manager will report to the CMO and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps.

The role involves designing and owning all aspects of BDR success, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, process development, playbook creation, and performance management. The ideal candidate will use data and metrics to improve performance and motivate reps with clear goals.

This position is based in Ketryx's Boston office.

Responsibilities:

  • Hire, onboard, and ramp up a team of BDRs.
  • Provide daily coaching through call reviews and 1:1 meetings.
  • Manage performance, including KPI tracking and terminations when necessary.
  • Develop and iterate enablement assets like playbooks and email templates.
  • Maintain HubSpot instance and ensure data quality.
  • Partner with Marketing & RevOps to refine lead scoring and attribute pipeline.
  • Design incentive programs aligned with SQL goals and revenue impact.
  • Represent the BDR org in QBRs and cross-functional planning.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • 1+ years of experience directly managing SDR/BDR teams (5+ reps).
  • Proven ability to recruit and address under-performance.
  • Track record of building BDR playbooks and KPI frameworks.
  • Expert user of HubSpot (or similar CRM) and outbound sequencers.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets skills for analysis.
  • Grasp of consultative sales motions.
  • Comfortable presenting data-backed insights to executives.
  • High-accountability leadership style.
