Job Description
Ketryx is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical evangelist for their Connected Application Lifecycle Management platform. This role is based in Boston, Massachusetts. The Solutions Engineer will demonstrate how Ketryx enables life sciences teams to use their preferred DevTools and automation to generate evidence, prevent process deviation, improve quality, and release faster, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving healthcare through technology and understand the challenges of developing software in regulated environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and conducting tailored demonstrations of Ketryx's platform.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand client needs and craft solution proposals.
- Addressing technical questions about Ketryx's integration with various DevTools.
- Providing feedback to the development team based on client interactions.
- Staying updated on life sciences regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, technical support, sales engineering, or related.
- Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps practices, and software development in regulated environments.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with various DevTools.
- Familiarity with life sciences regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA) and software validation requirements.
- Willingness to travel.
