Job Description
Pathward is seeking a Risk Analyst II - Acquiring to support the development and oversight of the organization's Third Party Risk Management Program. This is a remote position, but Pathward has onsite locations in several states. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally, report and assess risks, and ensure compliance with risk management policies. Role involves:
  • Designing and managing the implementation of risk management processes.
  • Assisting in the oversight of Third Party Risk Management.
  • Ensuring compliance with risk management policies.
  • Developing and enhancing Third Party Risk Management policies and procedures.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and developing risk reports.
  • Performing initial and periodic risk assessments of third parties.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Solid experience in Merchant Acquiring, merchant processing, or adjacent verticals.
  • Strong background in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk monitoring, periodic review, and/or remedial risk management (at least 5 years).
  • Above average knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and the payments sector.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven quantitative and analytical skills.
