Job Description
Convera is seeking an EUC Engineer to join their team in Vilnius. The EUC Engineer will be responsible for managing and supporting end-user computing environments, ensuring optimal performance and security of endpoints. This onsite role involves working with various software tools and technologies to maintain and enhance the user experience.Role involves:
- Endpoint Management: Manage and support Windows and macOS endpoints using Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, and BeyondTrust.
- Software Deployment: Implement and maintain software distribution and endpoint management solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-user devices and applications.
- Security Compliance: Ensure endpoints are compliant with security policies and standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Application Packaging: Package and deploy applications using industry-standard tools.
- Automation: Develop and maintain scripts using PowerShell to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Asset Management: Maintain a concise inventory during the hardware lifecycle of all endpoints and devices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in managing and supporting end-user computing environments.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Intune, Jamf, ServiceNow, and BeyondTrust.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Troubleshooting: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Documentation: Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Microsoft Certifications for endpoints/desktop administrator (preferred but not mandatory).
- JAMF 100/200 (preferred but not mandatory).
