Role Involves:

  • Supporting four C-level executives with calendar management, travel arrangements, and lunch ordering.
  • Organizing company events and meetings.
  • Managing office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Managing office resources and maintaining inventory.
  • Monitoring and managing the office budget.
  • Overseeing the physical office environment.
  • Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of office technologies.
