Job Description
Valon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their Client Experience team. This role involves handling inbound and outbound homeowner communications, resolving issues, and promoting Valon's products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to shift between customer service and collections responsibilities.Valon's mission is to empower every homeowner by creating a world where homeownership comes with ease, security, and financial know-how.Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve homeowner issues.
  • Document all homeowner communications.
  • Promote Valon-specific products and services.
  • Identify and locate delinquent accounts.
  • Collect payments or set up repayment plans.
Requirements:
  • Previous mortgage servicing experience (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of call center experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members.
