Mammoth Growth is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst (MarTech) to join their UK team. The Senior Growth Analyst will work alongside clients' product, marketing, and engineering teams, crafting data-driven strategies that unlock explosive growth. Mammoth Growth is a modern data analytics consultancy that helps its clients grow and thrive in an ever-changing marketplace.Role involves:

• Partnering with clients to define metrics and craft dashboards.
• Masterminding the implementation of Customer Data Platforms and Product Analytics tools.
• Helping clients wield AI to enhance customer experiences and streamline operations.
• Defining data needed to understand users and optimize campaigns.
• Configuring integrations between systems and establishing data governance.
• Delivering training on analytics, automation, and data mastery.
• Transforming complex data into compelling stories.

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in marketing or growth.
• Hands-on expertise of at least one or more event-based MarTech tools.
• Organized and confident leading projects with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of acquisition funnels, the customer journey, and marketing attribution.
• Ability to transform data into stories that inspire action.
• Comfortable in a client-facing role.
• Ability to absorb new information and translate tech concepts.
• Methodical approach to problem-solving.
