Job Description

A digital payment company is seeking a Head of Growth & Marketing to lead marketing, sales, and business development efforts. The company offers blockchain-powered cards for daily digital asset use. The Head of Growth & Marketing will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, build growth and partnership foundations in web3, and drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated strategies across marketing, sales, and business development.
  • Set up the foundation for the product’s growth and partnership.
  • Design and execute B2C sales strategies to drive consumer adoption.
  • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive brand awareness and customer engagement through targeted marketing channels and growth initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business management, go-to-market roles.
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge in B2C sales and marketing strategy in the web3 industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with product launches and cross-functional project management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
