Our client is seeking a Web3 Business Development Manager to drive growth for their Web3 products. The client is one of the most active investors in Web3, with a portfolio of over 540 Web3 investments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and connected professional.This role involves:
- Identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 and blockchain space.
- Developing and executing business development strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and monetization opportunities.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with the product roadmap and company objectives.
- Leading negotiations and deal structuring for partnerships, licensing agreements, and other collaborations.
- Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
- Representing the company at industry events and conferences to build strong relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Working closely with the product team to gather partner and user feedback.
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development and partnership outcomes.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the Web3 industry.
- Exceptional understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and blockchain technologies.
- Strong grasp of market dynamics and emerging trends in Web3.
- Demonstrated ability to stay informed on the latest Web3 innovations.
- Well-established connections with native Web3 projects, protocols, and communities.
- Outstanding ability to negotiate high-stakes deals and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving innovation.
