This role involves leading the Pricing Ops team, ensuring process scalability and pricing quality. The ideal candidate will manage key metrics, oversee the decision-making process for delinquency in renewals, and collaborate with strategic stakeholders to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Pricing Ops team.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Oversee the delinquency decision-making process for renewals.
• Collaborate with strategic stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment between processes, team, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience working with goals and KPIs.
