Job Description
Gong is seeking a Senior Benefits Program Manager to oversee and enhance its global employee benefits, wellness programs, and 401(k) offerings. This role involves innovating beyond traditional solutions and ensuring employees are well-informed and engaged with Gong's benefits. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for employee service.Responsibilities include:
  • Executing all benefits processes, including plan renewals and open enrollment.
  • Leading new hire benefit presentations and serving as the point of contact for benefit-related inquiries.
  • Managing annual benefits renewal processes globally.
  • Defining and presenting a multi-year global strategy for Gong’s benefit programs.
  • Managing the outsourced Leaves of Absence program.
  • Leading Open Enrollment, including HR system administration and communications.
  • Managing relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers, and vendors.
  • Ensuring benefit plan documentation complies with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Identifying strategies to improve employee communication and education regarding benefit programs.
  • Developing and implementing innovative programs that promote employee health and wellness.
  • Leading the design, budget, and execution of health & welfare and retirement plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with all government regulations.
  • Enhancing a culture of well-being across the organization.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience with HR/Benefits.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of benefit plan administration in multiple systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).
  • Experience in building market-competitive benefit programs.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state regulations.
