Job Description
Iterative Health is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive technical support across the organization. The role involves managing the hybrid IT environment and ensuring smooth operations for internal teams and client sites. The IT Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the technology infrastructure, administering cloud services, and supporting security and compliance requirements in a regulated healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver front line desktop support for Windows and Mac workstations.
- Document and remediate technology environments in new client sites.
- Maintain inventory of technology assets and technical documentation.
- Support business technology operations onsite at the Cambridge, MA headquarters.
- Maintain and enhance Microsoft365 and Google Workspace services.
- Maintain and enhance Okta identity services.
- Administer storage infrastructure.
- Manage MDM platforms for iOS, Android, Mac & PC platforms.
- Collaborate cross functionally to support line of business applications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years working in a Hybrid Cloud, Windows and Mac environment.
- Deep understanding of networking and enterprise technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS services and design concepts.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience supporting regulated technology environments.
