Job Description
Mangopay, a leading payment infrastructure provider, is seeking a Head of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth and revenue across Europe and the UK. This role involves actively managing and expanding Mangopay's partner network to accelerate the acquisition of enterprise merchants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and a client-oriented approach.He/She will report directly to the VP Commercial & Operations and be part of the partnership committee reporting to the executive committee. The Head of Partners will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of relevant partners across the region and making an important contribution to the company's total gross revenue.
What this role involves: - Building a commercially-focused structure for Mangopay’s partnership network
- Setting KPIs/metrics for the partnerships function
- Creating and executing a roadmap for the future of strategic partnerships at Mangopay
- Setting up commercially-focused contract structures that drive revenue for Mangopay and its partners
- Sizing the opportunity of new partnerships and mobilizing new business to generate incremental revenue
- Collaborating cross-functionally across Mangopay teams
- Serving as the main point of contact for strategic partners
- Supporting the VP Commercial & Operations and the sales teams in building and shaping an efficient lead generation strategy through key partners
- Modeling and maximizing lead generation through the partnership network
Requirements: - Strong partnerships experience
- Experience in payments, fintech, e-commerce, platforms, and/or marketplace
- First-hand experience negotiating contracts
- Experience establishing metrics/KPI oriented scorecards
- Familiarity with CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce)
- Hands-on, self-starting personality
- Ability to balance strategic thinking and tactical execution
- Fluency or very strong proficiency in English
