Job Description
The ACLU is seeking a Deputy Director of Development Data & Systems. This is a hybrid role based in New York, NY, requiring two days per week in the office. The Deputy Director will lead the implementation of the Development Department's data strategy, serving as the fundraising data thought leader and working with internal and external partners.
Role involves:
- Developing a vision for fundraising data structure and management.
- Designing a system-agnostic fundraising data structure.
- Leading the DDSRO data team in mapping and testing data during CRM migration.
- Establishing a service level agreement for data integrity and availability.
- Setting data policy and usage standards.
- Overseeing monitoring and auditing programs.
- Serving as SME for technology projects that touch fundraising data.
Requirements:
- Experience developing data strategy for large fundraising data sets.
- Experience leading data teams.
- Experience with Salesforce data structures.
- Expert-level SQL knowledge.
- Experience managing roadmaps and technology projects.
- Analytical, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
