Job Description
Interactive Brokers is seeking a Director of Facilities - APAC to be based in their Mumbai office. This role is crucial for ensuring that all facilities operate smoothly and adhere to global standards. The Director will collaborate closely with building management, IT support, HR, Operations, and other internal/external teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in fiscal management, project management, reporting & analytics, and communication.Interactive Brokers is currently undertaking a 60K sq/ft office build, and this role will be integral to its success.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute administrative and facilities management strategy.
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of nine offices across APAC.
  • Lead and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and manage the facilities budget.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of office space.
  • Manage the setup, maintenance, and inventory of office equipment.
  • Oversee regional projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of administrative and facilities staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in Facilities Management.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods and safety precautions.
  • Strong procurement and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong management skills.
  • Ability to communicate with senior-level staff.
