Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing)

Interactive Brokers is seeking a Manual Quality Assurance Engineer to join their mQA department in Tallinn, Estonia. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented team player with a passion for building top-quality products. • Manual functional testing of software releases in web apps, web portals, and mobile and desktop apps.
• Report test results and submit bug reports to Jira.
• Handle the bug lifecycle through resolution, verification, and closure.
• Configure hardware and software environments for testing.
• Write and assist in developing test plans and procedures.
• Assist in the automation of test procedures.
• Provide technical expertise on specific products and environments.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• At least one year of software testing experience.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect reporting.
• Knowledge of common web browsers and Windows products.
• Ability to reproduce and communicate bug steps.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for building top-quality products.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a plus.
