Job Description
Monzo is seeking a Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager to join their Enterprise Risk Management team in Ireland. This role is crucial for supporting the digital bank’s risk oversight through high-quality risk reporting and insightful analytics. The Risk Reporting and Analytics Manager will report to the Head of Enterprise Risk Management, Monzo Europe.
Role Involves:
- Developing and maintaining risk reports for executive and board consumption.
- Analysing complex banking data to identify key risk trends.
- Designing impactful dashboards and visualisations.
- Supporting the implementation of risk appetite monitoring.
- Collaborating with data scientists to enhance data quality.
- Preparing data for senior management and board committees.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of risk reporting processes.
- Driving the automation and visualisation of risk reporting.
- Supporting regulatory and internal audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and reporting or risk analytics, ideally within a regulated industry.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort manipulating large datasets.
- Excellent data visualisation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with preparing risk reports across multiple risk types.
- Experience collaborating with data scientists and understanding data quality.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
