Clara, the leading B2B spend management platform in Latin America, is seeking a Sales Operations - CRM Analyst. This role is crucial for driving the success of Clara's sales teams by designing and optimizing sales processes. The analyst will empower the team through data-driven insights, analyze performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Role involves:
  • Leading and optimizing sales processes using HubSpot automation.
  • Maintaining and elevating sales reporting to provide actionable insights.
  • Managing a CRM database of prospects and deals.
  • Analyzing customer data to recommend strategic actions.
  • Collaborating with sales reps to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Replicating global best practices across teams.
  • Developing and implementing sales operations policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring alignment with company strategies.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years in Sales Operations, with CRM management experience in a B2B industry, preferably Fintech.
  • Hands-on experience as a CRM administrator (Salesforce or HubSpot certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in building and optimizing CRM systems.
  • Creative, analytical thinking with problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Data management expertise.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
