Staff Product Designer – Platform & Onboarding Team

Job Description

Boulevard is seeking a Staff Product Designer to join their Onboarding team. Boulevard provides a client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. In this role, the designer will own the end-to-end experience of bringing customers live on the Boulevard platform. They will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Migration Specialists to transform a complex process into an intuitive experience, laying the groundwork for onboarding automation.

The Staff Product Designer will contribute to the design system, mentor other designers, and help raise the quality bar for the team and industry.

Responsibilities:

• Shape the vision for custom-scoped migrations and self-serve tools.
• Collaborate on strategy with PMs and CSMs.
• Contribute to the BUI design system.
• Evangelize onboarding excellence and define success metrics.
• Own the design process end-to-end, from research to UI design.
• Influence the design culture by sharing knowledge and mentoring.

Requirements:

• Master of ambiguity and ability to navigate evolving requirements.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
• Strong grasp of product thinking and ability to translate needs into designs.
• Strong user-research skills.
• Experience in B2B or operational SaaS tools.
