Job Description

Orchard Brokerage is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join their team in Bryan, Texas. The agent will be responsible for growing their business by leveraging high-quality seller appointments and unique client products. They will also receive support to ensure both their and their clients' success.Role involves:

• Attending 4 to 8 appointments per month with motivated home-selling customers.
• Utilizing free Facebook and Instagram ads for listings.
• Leveraging unique products like Orchard Move First, Concierge, and Cash Offer + Upside.
• Coordinating transactions and accessing Orchard Mortgage and Title services.
• Utilizing sales materials and training.
• Receiving mentorship from a team lead.

Requirements:

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license.
• Location in or willingness to service Bryan, TX.
• Residential real estate transaction experience or a strong sales background.
• Passion for customer experience and adaptability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drive for results and collaboration skills.
