Auctane is seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager to drive growth and innovation for the Stamps.com Store and other ecommerce properties. This role blends ecommerce management with strategic site merchandising, focusing on customer experience and revenue growth. The Senior eCommerce Manager will have autonomy and decision-making authority, with the opportunity to build a team.What this role involves:- Developing and executing ecommerce strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Enhancing site performance and customer engagement through innovative solutions.
- Leading site merchandising, including product presentation and promotional placements.
- Utilizing data to monitor site performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Overseeing the ecommerce P&L and managing budgets.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Developing and guiding the strategy for presence on third-party marketplaces.
- Implementing new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
- Taking ownership of the ecommerce business and driving initiatives.
- 5-7 years of eCommerce management experience with revenue growth.
- Expertise with Shopify Plus platform and proficiency in Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce optimization tools and techniques.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven with ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ownership mentality and proactive execution.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
