Job Description
Auctane is seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Austin, Texas. This hybrid role (3 days in office) is focused on driving new business through heavy outbound prospecting. The SDR will be responsible for actively engaging with prospects via cold-calling, targeted emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Generating new opportunities through high-volume outbound calls, personalized emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads, uncovering pain points and needs.
  • Managing and overcoming common sales objections.
  • Developing rapport with decision-makers through engaging, consultative conversations.
  • Conducting thorough research on accounts and prospects.
  • Documenting all lead interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Meeting or exceeding key metrics for opportunity generation, call volume, and pipeline goals.
  • Collaborating with account executives and sales managers.
  • Experience with heavy outbound sales calls.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in identifying qualified leads.
  • Ability to exceed quotas in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience in handling rejection.
  • Experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams.
