HR Business Partner

Job Description

VGW, an interactive entertainment company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their People Operations team in Manila. The HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact for people-related inquiries, concerns, and issues, offering guidance and support on various HR matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide services related to contractor management such as onboarding, invoicing, offboarding, grievance/concern resolution
• Partner with business leaders and guide them in strategic direction for people related matters
• Deliver Projects/Initiatives in support of the department
• Provide reports, data and analytics that will support recommendations on people related matter
• Provide assistance in contractor procurement
• Assist in reviewing and implementing policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in areas such as Psychology and Human Resource Management are preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource with a strong focus on business partnering, labor relations and engagement
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices with experience in policy development and implementation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Experience working in a global environment, including remote work arrangements and flexible working hours, is preferred for this position
