Job Description
Vercel is seeking a Performance Marketer to join their team. This role is pivotal in designing, building, and scaling the paid-growth engine that fuels Vercel’s pipeline. The ideal candidate will be a senior individual contributor reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing. They will be responsible for taking channels from initial stages to significant growth through experimentation, optimization, and automation.
What this role involves:
- Owning the performance marketing strategy to maximize qualified pipeline.
- Building the channel roadmap (SEM, SMM, Display, etc.).
- Standing up new channels, campaigns, and creative from scratch.
- Owning campaign architecture, tracking, and optimization.
- Orchestrating agencies and contractors across various channels.
- Partnering with Product Marketing, Brand, DevRel, and Revenue Ops.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in performance/growth marketing.
- 5+ years owning paid budgets for dev-tool or API/SaaS products.
- Experience launching channels from scratch and managing multi-million-dollar spend.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, programmatic DSPs, and analytics tools.
- Understanding of B2D and technical buyer psychology.
- Proven record of agency leadership.
- Data-driven with experience in designing tests and understanding incrementality vs. attribution.
- Creative thinker who can brief landing pages, video ads, and interactive demos.
- Comfortable in a hybrid San Francisco environment.
