Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to join their team in Toronto. This role focuses on driving engagement, increasing reservation availability, and decreasing churn for the company's restaurant customers. The Account Manager will interact remotely with customers via phone, email, webinars, and other methods to provide training, resolve issues, and promote the adoption of OpenTable's platform.
  • Managing a portfolio of valuable restaurant clients.
  • Resolving customer issues and tasks daily.
  • Sharing data insights to drive adoption of OpenTable.
  • Conducting remote presentations and training sessions.
  • Reducing customer churn.
  • Account management experience.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and influencing skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
