Job Description
The Orchard is seeking a Manager, Solutions to join their team in Mexico City. This role involves working closely with both Orchard clients and internal teams, overseeing key elements of the client experience, and synthesizing interactions across Orchard’s internal departments. The Manager, Solutions will be responsible for providing a centralized, solutions-based voice in support of the Relationship Management team and supervising the comprehensive onboarding process, focusing on a positive first experience for clients. In addition, they will ensure a continued, positive client experience around all operational questions and concerns.
What this role involves:
- Serving as the primary representative of Orchard’s administrative teams to clients.
- Acting as the main point of contact for operational questions.
- Working closely with relationship management and rights management teams.
- Advising on client product logistics and operations.
- Managing complex digital release set-ups.
- Troubleshooting problems effectively.
- Handling high volume inbound needs from labels.
Requirements for this role:
- Patient and empathetic demeanor.
- Effective communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Resourceful problem-solving abilities and initiative.
- Multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience with CRMs preferred.
