The Orchard is seeking a Relationship Management Lead to act as a key liaison between Alternative, Urban, and Mexican Music partners and internal teams. This role involves maintaining strong relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, and providing real-time support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management in these genres.Responsibilities include:
  • Maintaining close relationships with label teams.
  • Coordinating campaigns and ensuring all departments have necessary tools.
  • Sharing regular updates with internal and external parties.
  • Ensuring plans and campaigns stay on track.
  • Executing campaigns to the highest standard.
  • Using data to adapt to emerging trends.
  • Setting campaign goals.
  • Staying informed on artists and identifying opportunities.
  • Serving as a knowledgeable source about company processes.
  • Optimizing label catalogs.
  • Problem-solving and demonstrating flexibility.
  • Preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination.
  • Previous experience product managing with labels or artist management teams.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with digital tools and project management platforms.
