The Orchard is seeking a Relationship Management Lead to act as a key liaison between Alternative, Urban, and Mexican Music partners and internal teams. This role involves maintaining strong relationships, ensuring successful campaign execution, and providing real-time support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management in these genres.Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining close relationships with label teams.
- Coordinating campaigns and ensuring all departments have necessary tools.
- Sharing regular updates with internal and external parties.
- Ensuring plans and campaigns stay on track.
- Executing campaigns to the highest standard.
- Using data to adapt to emerging trends.
- Setting campaign goals.
- Staying informed on artists and identifying opportunities.
- Serving as a knowledgeable source about company processes.
- Optimizing label catalogs.
- Problem-solving and demonstrating flexibility.
- Preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years in project management or campaign coordination.
- Previous experience product managing with labels or artist management teams.
- Proficiency in analytics tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
