Job Description
The Orchard is seeking a highly organized and proactive Relationship Support Manager to support Latin music label partners. This role is based in Miami and reports to the Relationship Lead. The Relationship Support Manager will work across multiple teams to coordinate deliverables, manage tools and processes, and ensure smooth execution of campaigns and client needs. The Orchard is a leading full-service music distribution company operating in 48 markets worldwide.
Responsibilities: - Coordinate release materials, including press images, marketing assets, lyrics, metadata, and delivery timelines.
- Support onboarding for new label partners, including app training and team introductions.
- Manage release logistics, including setup, approvals, and inventory tracking.
- Track campaign budgets and marketing drawdowns.
- Monitor release priorities and compile information for campaign recaps.
- Assist with DSP optimization and help labels update artist profiles.
- Run reports for internal or client-facing insights and support certification tracking.
- Coordinate guest lists, artist visits, and in-person meetings.
- Help with research and analysis to support strategy.
- Activate internal workflows and support broader team priorities.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing, client support, or similar roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Clear understanding of the digital media and music landscape.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with various internal departments.
- Occasional off-hours work may be required.
