Helmes is seeking a Business Analyst to contribute to meaningful projects in Estonia and internationally. The Business Analyst will work with a team of skilled professionals, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to design solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding business goals and translating them into actionable requirements.Role involves:

• Understanding client’s business goals and needs.
• Collaborating with developers and stakeholders.
• Managing projects proactively.
• Breaking down complex business logic.
• Bringing initiative and passion to projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1.5 years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience conducting client interviews.
• Ability to create prototypes and process diagrams.
• Strong project management skills.
• Interest in understanding clients’ business goals.
• Initiative and a sense of ownership.
• Fluency in Estonian and English.
